Sincere Sarcasm Ep. 44 – Tomato Tomato, Potato Potato

We somehow found a way to record before the end of the month, which means…nothing really. This time around, Dave the Drummer and Francis aka the Other Guy talk about our ability to speak, movies, and just stuff. It’s a casual conversation with a joke or two. Hopefully we’ll actually be able to do this more often! We live in hope.

So thank you for listening, thank you for sticking with us, and thank you for being awesome.

As for “All American Girl”, the Margaret Cho sitcom on ABC in 1994-95 … The Wiki on the subject gives some context:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_Americans_in_arts_and_entertainment#Television
While there were, and are, Asian Americans on television, the sitcom was the first one where an Asian American family were the main cast of characters. It was not until more recently when Fresh of the Boat (also on ABC) aired, that a show centered around Asian American characters. If one wants to search the internet, there is much more that can be found, for example:

While I may not agree with everything Cho has come to be about, her show was a first for the Pan-ethnic identity known as Asian Americans
