Well, I don’t like repeating what I write on the sidebar, but the links definitely don’t show up as they should, so here is what I talked about. I talked about Fetishes, and how they’re normal and okay, and that I have some of my own based on the list from Askmen.com. Also Oddee.com talks about freaky fetishes. I think, to each their own, so if you love that stuff, go for it. Fetishes should not be confused with paraphilias which can be considered illegal. Anyway, a lot more about facts, but a fun topic nonetheless. Click the links to find out more.
Okay, I only mention one website on the podcast this week: http://topcultured.com/5-reasons-being-single-rules-and-sucks/ and it talks about what sucks and what rules about being single. Anyway, I just encourage all of you to write in to the show @ firstname.lastname@example.org and to check it out on iTunes and give it five star reviews. Don’t forget to subscribe to the feed here at the blog and on http://misterwizard.podomatic.com/. Finally, if you want to help out and support the show, there is a paypal donation button on the bottom left of the site. Those contributions keep Geek Love Radio alive. You can also follow me on Twitter at mrwizard80. Okay, that’s all, thanks everyone, you all rock AND roll.
Well, I tried to interview my buddy who’s an ace at getting ladies online, but it didn’t quite work out. Either way, this week’s episode is on asking the person out on a date, and how the internet plays a role in the whole thing.
I also try to give you some suggestions on flirting, and things to say when you get the courage to say hello to that special girl or guy.
There’s also a little reminiscing about the late 90s and early turn of the century and how the internet was back there and how much of a geek I really was back then. I mean, I guess I still am now, but…never mind.
So there’s plenty to learn, and with luck, plenty to apply in your life on this second episode of Geek Love Radio.
Okay, so I really have to stop doing my podcasts in the middle of the night, because I’m exhausted. Either way, I finished and mildly edited my latest episode of Geek Love Radio. I apologize for the sound, I’m still trying to play with the knobs and the switches to get the volumes just right, so I’m sorry if its loud.
This week I talk about the two types of people looking for relationships, one for just sex and the other for something long term. So I discuss Tom Leykis’ 101, which used to be a segment on his radio show, and how it applies to getting some.
I also talk about where the worst and best places to meet someone, as well as using the Internet to find a significant other, with reference to Cnet’s article on Facebook and love.
I would also like you, the audience to be my other host, and send in any questions, comments, or constructive criticism to email@example.com Share any experiences you’ve had in any of the topics talked about as well as any other ways you think we can meet people. Like I said, I know I haven’t covered everything.
Thanks again for listening, and I hope you enjoy the show.
