I didn’t anticipate getting sick this weekend. I am powering through with grace and avoiding people as I cough and wheeze through the convention. So I will give you a brief recap of what I’ve sat in so far this morning, and what my plans are for this afternoon.
I’m going to give a little disclaimer here. I am sick. So when I went to the Comikaze in hopes of getting into it, and all that good stuff, I found it difficult, as I do, and did, actually feel sick. And of course, this is day one of both sickness and the Comikaze, but I intend to endure, and give you a brief write up of the first day at the convention!
Not only do I miss two days of blogging, but I also forget a follow up post about Comikaze. This is what it’s like to be in my brain people! I feel like Fitz, just trying to remember my own name sometimes. Anyway, I guess there’s no real reason to write in consecutive order. As long as I get all 100 days in right? No, okay, maybe not. Man, this is rough.
The biggest worry I had all month, was whether or not I would have the appropriate equipment for this week’s Comikaze. Everything is so expensive, from recording devices to video cameras. I was afraid I’d break the bank, or go broke, which I think are the same thing. Then I found the iRig Mic.
Last week I gave a little insight on who I’m looking forward to seeing next week at this Comikaze 2014, and I thought that the list alone was a little daunting. Then I see the schedule for the next three days and my jaw, figuratively, dropped to the floor, and then literally stayed agape.
