But sometimes you look around and wonder, what’s there to be thankful for? Maybe it’s time to count your blessings, be happy for the little things, and let someone know they made your day.

That scene from Wrath of Khan, where Spock sacrifices himself. Perhaps one of many events which caused Kirk to call Spock the most Human of use in his eulogy closer to the end of the movie.
