We were told that this would not be the new normal. But maybe, the fear, the uncertainty, and the dread is…the new normal.

Welcome to the Online Friend Simulator. Because everyone could use a friend, even online. I’m Francis aka The Other Guy.

How are you doing? I hope you’re doing well. We jump right into the new normal. We may never know what life will be like pre-Covid or pre-2016. It was a simpler time with a simpler outlook on life. Then politics happened and a pandemic happened and I miss the good old days. We were happier then, weren’t we? Well, if this is the new normal, I may just be indefinitely sad about it.

As always, any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.

Everything can be scary and stress inducing. But if one never tries cause of the scariness and stress, is one living? I get that there are persons with severe stress that it a disorder, and those persons should seek and get the help they can get. But what was it that Tammy wrote about the slow death of the timid?
Not all online discussion are pointless, some have a outweighed impact on how certain things are seen by the majority of the public.
On ending magnet programs, please read ‘Harrison Bergeron, on air, and discuss.
In life we ultimately seek two things, to be valued, and to be remembered. I think I said as much, but more eloquently in my last comment.
Could the musical song ‘Everyone is a little bit racist’ be written and released today? If not why had society changed so much since it was released?
Thanks once again for another podcast.
